Sinopsis

It's been five years since an airplane surgery scandal marred the life of the unscrupulous, sleazy, cosmetic surgeon Sakisawa Takumi. Now Orihara Mami is going undercover as a nurse at his clinic in order to investigate him. There, she learns his work philosophy: Men only want to have sex with pretty women. So, for a woman, beauty is the most important thing in life. Even if you weren't born pretty, you can still be beautified through surgery, for a price. Mami is horrified by his glorification of physical attractiveness and tries desperately to convince him, his nurse, and his patients that a woman's personality and identity are also important. What has happened in Takumi's life to make him feel this way? Will Mami be able to convince him, or will she just have to admit that beauty is truly the most important thing in life? (Source: MU)
