Biografía
This lecherous, bald-headed old man has no reservations in molesting young women, killing the Kouga, or lying to Oboro, the Iga princess. Despite his faults and even his antiquity, this geezer's not only highly skilled, but deadly with his extra streachy limbs. Rousai uses his elastic-like arms and legs to sling himself in any direction at extremly high speeds, which he uses to chase his enemies to their doom.
