An intelligence officer who believes in Tilt and works behind the scenes as his subordinate. A mysterious person who has almost no contact with other families.

Burst has used Iris' identity and the cards she owns in every Klondike family operation and TILT's wishes. Apart from Iris' cards, it looks like Burst also has the Ace of clubs. [/Spoiler]
