Biografía
Captain Maki is a member of the Imperial Army and the leader of the Kunoichi special unit. He found Sayaka unconscious after a bombing and recruited her to help them hunt down the Ninku. After discovering that Sayaka had gotten close to Fuusuke, he tells her that the army has found her missing son, but that the two will only be reunited if she completes the mission and kills Fuusuke.
