Chinner is a multi-millionaire and the founder of The Heroes Association. He had the idea for said group when his grandson was attacked by a Mysterious Being 3 years prior to the time OnePunch-Man is set.
Appearance: Chinner is largely characterized by his enormous cleft chin. He is an older looking man with a wide nose, large mustache and heavy eyebrows. His hair is straight and parted on the left. He dresses in a formal business suit.
