Biografía
The Elect Supreme, Rudolf is a massively obese man who is responsible for ultimately choosing the ruling Supreme of Lutoh. Considered merely a myth by most, he commands a great deal of reverence and fear among the Lutoh populace and has informants everywhere. He possesses an immensely powerful Conviction, one he claims has the potential to destroy the world should he ever get serious, and indulges himself in hedonistic pleasures constantly to keep himself lazy and distracted. It is rumored that a Bind Warper is embedded in his body, which allows him to summon an unseen Briheight at will.
He has the ability to assume an "audience form," where his body becomes fit and handsome, fueled by bottles of wine absorbed directly through the skin on his shoulders.
