Biografía
He is the leader of Stray Dogs. His insecta complex is the Tiger Beetle and specializes in superspeed.
[Spoiler] In the past, he was a researcher of Jungle Juice at an unknown lab, remorselessly experimenting on many people. When his daughter was affected by the Jungle Juice prototype, he created a reverse drug called Cinderella. Unfortunately, his daughter died. Realizing this was karma, to atone for his sins, he chose to help those fallen victim of Jungle Juice, and started Stray Dogs. [/Spoiler]
