[Spoiler] Mildred opened a school in competition to Camilla. To make her students more educated and clever Mildred gave them a Phantom Book. Now she claims the children have become "monsters" that know everything. Huey, Dalian and Camilla investigate this incident and discover that the children really know everything but have no desire to take over the world. They take the Phantom Book and Huey burns it after Dalian states that she already has a copy in the library. [/Spoiler]
