Biografía
Fukubei is one of Kenji's childhood friends. His wife was abducted by "Friend" 's sect, and he has to take care of their three children alone. In 2000, he will join his old comrades to fight "Friend" and try to get rid of the giant robot destroying Shinjuku.
[Spoiler] Fukubei is halfway through the story revealed to be "Friend", however that turns out to be false, as it is stated towards the end of 21st Century Boys' Perfect Edition that Fukubei died when he was a kid, and Katsumata went on to impersonate him and was "Friend" throughout the whole story.
