[Spoiler] Kamiuchi never liked her to begin with, but only accepted her confession after he realized he couldn't be with Kokone. He was going to break up with her, however after one boy confronted him about it, he decided not to, since it was too much enjoyment seeing the boy suffer while he was dating Miyuki. [/Spoiler]
[Spoiler] While embarrassing the boy who liked Miyuki, he asked her out to a Love Hotel, in order to make the boy suffer even more, to which she said yes. At the hotel he left her with some men, for which he got paid for and went back home. [/Spoiler]
