Chairman of Glittering Crux Brigade meetings.

[Spoiler] He was engaged to a woman named Sora, who had an affair with Tokio the painter. After Tokio recieved an apprivoise mark, he became immersed in his ambitions and Sora fled the island. [/Spoiler]
