Yuri's mother who moves into the complex with her family. She helps her husband take care of matters pertaining to the foreign tenants of the housing complex.
[Spoiler] In the finale it is revealed that Keiko is a fanatical follower of the Cthulhu-esque god named Kuzululu. She and her family have been performing the horrific incidents around the housing complex and killing the residents as human sacrifices for their god. [/Spoiler]
