Biografía
Rika Matoba, the main villain of The Gakuen Choujo-tai, is an ESPER with the power of hypnosis and super strength. Her goal is to take control of Yamashiro High School and subsequently conquer the world by manipulating everyone. With her powers, she managed to establish a secret base within the school and created a helmet that amplifies her abilities. She poses the greatest threat to the protagonists and is manipulative, willing to discard any ally if necessary.
