Biografía
21 year-old protagonist of the story. Nicoletta moves from her grandparent's home in the country to the bustling city of Rome in order to begin her apprenticeship at Casetta Dell'orso. A kind girl, Nicoletta is eager to please and somewhat starved of affection due to the strained relationship she has with her mother. She forms a strong bond with Claudio.
