Biografía

Nene Odagiri is one of the vice presidents of the Student Council, competing against Toranosuke Miyamura to become the next student council president

[Spoiler] She is also one of the seven witches and her ability is to "charm". When she kisses someone, that person will fall in love with her and obey her orders

As with other witch powers, if the person she kissed is already under the effects of another witch's power then the charm won't take place.

Yamada theorizes that Odagiri gained that power through her desire to become popular to win the student council president race [/Spoiler]
