A powerful sniper mask who met Yuri and seems to know Rika.

[Spoiler] His name is Yuka Makoto, and it turns out he is not just a childhood friend of Rika's but also his Brother. They were separated after the passing of their father, being split up among 2 different families. [/Spoiler]
