Biografía

[Spoiler] His real birthday is in June 6, 2073 and he is really 41 years old. [/Spoiler]

Sakuya Togane is one of main characters of Psycho-Pass Season 2 who joins Akane's team.

Not much is known about him apart from the fact that he seems to agree with Akane's beliefs and although it has been erased from the official documents, he posesses the highest crime coefficient on record.

[Spoiler] It is revealed that his mother, Tougane Misako, was accepted into the Sybil System when he was a child. She is often in charge of Kasei Joshu throughout the second season.

His crime coefficient, at the time of his death, was 899 [/Spoiler]
