Biografía

A professional karuta player living in a private mansion in Higashiyama Ward, Kyouto City, close to Mount Hei. He was born the second son of the owner Shuzou Yajima, a sake brewery in Nada Ward, Kobe City. Yajima then became a member of Satsuki-Ka, a karuta club for competitive players. Two years ago, he became the reigning champion of the Satsuki Cup, one of the most prestigious karuta tournaments. The previous year, he kept his title after defeating Kouji Sekine again.

While watching the match of Momiji Ooka, a mysterious man, went to his room and killed him with a katana.
