Biografía
A maid at Oinky Doink Café, Zoya is a tall Russian woman with narrow blue eyes and long, light gray hair, which at first glance appears to be your typical Russian stereotype—cold and never smiles because her parents were too strict with her. Despite her initially cold personality, Zoya is revealed to love cute things and is an avid doll collector.
[Spoiler] Born in the former Soviet Union, Zoya had been forbidden from touching and playing with cute things by her strict parents. Instead, she was forced to learn combat in the military. She becomes a maid in Japan following the collapse of the Soviet Union, but ruins her trial at an Akiba Maid Café due to her inability to make herself smile, so she quits being a maid. [/Spoiler]
[Spoiler] She fights Ranko at the Akiba Fight Club, and after acknowledging each other's cuteness, she joins the café as a maid. She quickly becomes protective of the café and her fellow maids. [/Spoiler]
