Geneon Universal Entertainment Japan was a Japanese music, anime and home entertainment production and distribution enterprise. It was born as the result of the merger between Geneon Entertainment and Universal Pictures Japan. On 09.12.2013, Geneon Universal Entertainment Japan was renamed to NBCUniversal Entertainment Japan and with this the Geneon brand came to an end.
