Biografía
A criminal bomb expert, as some point Slur.EXE gave Domon the Asteroid Navi NapalmMan.EXE, and the two began committing crimes with explosions until one fateful night when the two were confronted by Netto Hikari, Rockman.EXE, and the NetPolice. Domon was pursued by Rin Manabe and several police officers, and was forced to jump out of a window, where NapalmMan’s PET flew out of his hand and into the road and crushed by a semi-truck.
