40 years old police officer. He declared the female reporter's death to be a suicide rather than murder, and was chosen by the bakeneko as its victim for it.
[Spoiler] He's one of the survivors of the bakeneko incident. He is last seen with the subway driver, presumably arresting him for his contribution to the news reporter lady's death. [/Spoiler]
