Bobby is an engineer at Fort Briggs who is working order under the command of Major General Armstrong.
[Spoiler] When some of the other engineers begin to hear strange sounds in the large pipelines on the lowest level of the fort, Bobby is called to offer his opinion and correctly deduces that the sounds are not coming from within the pipes and that it's actually the sound of digging from underneath the fort. He narrowly escapes when the Homunculus Sloth bursts from the ground. [/Spoiler]
