Blist is a rationalist who is too serious and straight-laced.
He cares about work hours and work contents. He claims hazard pay and overtime pay.
He cooperates with Norman in collecting cards, but since he is not obsessed with cards, he sees it as a business.
He is Who's Who employee and Norman's bodyguard.
