Cedran is a member of the Black Scripture. He is a man that wields a huge, mirror-like shield.
[Spoiler] Accompanying the Black Scripture, Kaire tries to brainwash Shalltear. Shalltear notices the danger and attacks him with Purifying Javelin. Cedran blocks the attack, but the lance pierces Cedran and inflicts a severe injury on him, preventing him from completing the mind control.
