Biografía
An actor from the Aoi Cosmos and a member of the Element 4 that serves under Drakken Joe, being known as the "Spirit of Water".
Laguna is shown to be a kind person, especially when compared to the other members of the Element 4 and Drakken's crew. While most laugh alongside Drakken when he commits cruel acts, Laguna holds a solemn look. He also attempts to comfort Rebecca during her imprisonment.
In battle, he is quite a crafty trickster, goading his opponents into crying by any means in order to use his Ether Gear against them, such as making up a sob story or using an Oedo Onion as a last resort.
[Spoiler] He is a former member of the rebel army, Oasis, having left it for a journey to prepare himself against Poseidon Nero. After the Aoi War, he officially joins the crew of the Edens Zero. [/Spoiler]
Mashima created Laguna after a young staff member of his requested a male character in stiletto heels.
