Biografía
Lahar is the Head of the 4th Custody Enforcement Unit under the newly reformed Magic Council, following the events of the Tower of Heaven arc.
[Spoiler] Lahar was one of the many council members killed after a sudden explosion during the attack of the Magic Council by the dark guild, Tartaros. [/Spoiler]
