Biografía
Monaka is a character whom the God of Destruction Beerus fought at some point in the past. He was the strongest person in the seventh universe whom Beerus had ever fought, leading Beerus to place him on his team in the tournament against Champa's team.
[Spoiler] ...But he's really a delivery driver with no power at all. Beerus hired him to pretend to be the strongest fighter in the universe because Goku needed the desire to surpass a stronger fighter to push himself to a new level. [/Spoiler]
