Orio is characterized by her determination and strong work ethic. She is deeply passionate about machines and engineering, often immersing herself in technical challenges. Her commitment to her work sometimes leads her to overextend herself, but she is always willing to lend a helping hand to her teammates. Her close friendship with Friede, dating back to their childhood, underscores her loyalty and the strong bonds she forms with those she trusts.

[Spoiler] Orio grew up somewhere in the Kanto region with her childhood friend Friede. However, she moved to the Hoenn region and spent most of her life there before she became a member of Rising Volt Tacklers [/Spoiler]
