Biografía
A shy girl with a sad past. With the ability to explode things from a distance when her pulse reaches its peak, she was always estranged from friends and family. Because of her power, over which she still doesn't have full control, she sometimes creates some accidental explosions. This scenario started to change when Tsugumi found some real friends in Deava, including her roommate Reika, for whom she has great affection
