Biografía
Doctor Stanley Simmons is a scientist, and member of Project Juvenile A. He studies the effects and causes of psychic abilities in people like Akira, and Tetsuo Shima.
To advance the research of the phenomena that is happening in Neo-Tokyo, members of Project Juvenile A had secretly sent Doctor Simmons to the city. They all understood the risks of such deed, but Simmons agreed to it himself.
