She is a 21-year-old paralegal of the Butterfly Law Office.
[Spoiler] While she appears to be like someone not able to use magic, Moyo is in fact Lucifer reincarnation. She holds a various panel of power: teleportation, area time stop, fire magic, gravity manipulation, etc.
For some unknown reason in Episode 11, she makes use of her power to help Cecil when she is in a dire situation, saying because of her soul. [/Spoiler]
