The cafe mascot for Rabbit House. Tippy is a female angora rabbit, who likes to rest on people's heads.

[Spoiler] In reality, Tippy is the grandfather of Chino and the father of Chino's father. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] In season 1 episode 6 after the end credits it is heavily hinted that he was turned into a rabbit when "his cafe was suffering from financial difficulty, he complained he'd rather be a rabbit". [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] After Grandpa Chino's soul left Tippy's body, Tippy returned to being an ordinary female rabbit who likes to make the sound Buu~Ukyurururuupuiiii. [/Spoiler]
