Tyrannus is an ice-type dragon. He is the father of Verkis and Kkotbun. His wife is Callidis. He is the one who created Golem, one of the Verkis' bodyguards.
He gave The Winter Heart to the founder of the Magentano Kingdom, King Mikael, making it one of the Magentano Divine Artifacts.
