Vinanna is one of the Three Wise. She is the "Wise in Principles," and is responsible for adjudicating transgressions of magic law. She is also the captain of the Knights Moralis.
Vinanna is a brash but calculative person. She does not seem concerned for how people view her actions, only for what impression they leave people with, and as such is willing to do whatever it takes to prove a point.
