Biografía
Cell is a secondary antagonist in the Magia Lupus arc. He has got two magic marks, appearing as slightly jagged lines on each of his cheeks. He wears a priest-like robe and uses a wand that is covered in small spikes. He also wears a crown of spikes on his forehead and long earrings.
He is a member of the criminal organization, Innocent Zero.
[Spoiler] He is sent to kill Abel after he failed to kill Mash. However, Abyss interferes and gets injured, causing Mash to grow angry and attack Cell. They fight, but Cell retreats saying that he has an errand to run. After retreating, he tells someone who he calls "Father" that he has found "what was lost". [/Spoiler]
