Ahn, Sang-min

Ahn Sang-min is the Chief of the 2nd Department at White Tiger Guild.

His job is to scout potential new recruits. As such, even a freelancer with the smallest amount of fame would be known to him. He had become the head of the division at a young age, faster than anyone else. This was all thanks to his great instinct. His contribution was crucial in helping the White Tiger Guild grow to what it was today.
