"I"'s neighbor. 22 years-old. A freeter, and also a master of kendo and kenjutsu. Always keeps her hair in a ponytail, usually wears a jinbei, with kanji representing her emotions at the moment, over casual clothing at home. Miiko hardly expresses her feeling through facial expression, but surprisingly, she has a rough temper when fighting.
