Biografía

Rafina Orca Belluga is the daughter of Duke Orleans Belluga of the Holy Principality of Belluga. Although her father is a duke, the only higher power in the Holy Principality of Belluga is God, which means Rafina holds power similar to a princess.

In the original timeline, Rafina supports Sion, Tiona Rudolvon, and the Tearmoon Revolutionaries from behind the scenes.

[Spoiler] In an alternate timeline, Rafina becomes known as the Empress Prelate and raises an army called the Holy Aquarian Army to fight the Chaos Serpents. [/Spoiler]
