Biografía
A transfer student who arrives to same classroom as Nakajima. He actuallly is a bully who wants to take Nakajima's place into bullying Shirasaki. But after a loosing "bullying contest for bully Shirasaki", he starts to get suspicious about the legitimacy of Nakajima as a bully.
[Spoiler] Later on, after kidnapping and torturing Nakajima, he finally discovered the "true mastermind" behind Shirasaki's bullying: Shirasaki herself. But she can't accept no one else but her bullying her bully, so she strikes Katou, pull his teeth out, and tortures him so much that his hair became white, and he gets crippled, and he swears that he'll never bully anyone again.
