MISAKA 1 was the first Misaka Mikoto clone produced in the Level 6 Shift project, she was killed by Accelerator.

[Spoiler] Like all the Sisters, she had little emotion and never considered herself to be a living being. Being the first clone, she is apparently completely loyal to the experiment, eager to take part in the experiment.
