Nijimura, Kei

The dutiful, stoic maid of the Higashikata family.

[Spoiler] "Nijimura" is merely an alias she chose to help her infiltrate the Higashikata household in order to learn of their secrets and involvement with the Locacaca fruit. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] After battling against Josuke, Kei reveals to him her true identity and demonstrates the process of equivalent exchange, providing an explanation for his mysterious origins. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] Despite her otherwise standoffish behavior, Kei cares for her hospitalized mother, Holy Joestar-Kira. Due to her shared blood with her older brother Kira Yoshikage, this essentially makes Josuke her relative as well. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] Kei is a Stand user, wielding Born This Way (ボーン・ディス・ウェイ). Born This Way is triggered into attacking its target once they open an object, such as a door, and is also capable of conjuring strong, cold winds.

Born This Way's previous name was Going Underground (ゴーイング・アンダーグラウンド) before being changed. Similarly, Kei's name was mistakenly published as Kyo for several publications before being corrected. [/Spoiler]
