ShiQi is a young envoy from Tang, and is around ChangGe's age.
[Spoiler] When ShiQi went to negotiate with the Khitan, he met ChangGe and later revealed he had known her when she was still a princess of Tang. When ChangGe claims that she does not recognize her, he comments on how ChangGe had changed from a prideful child into a level headed adult. [/Spoiler]
