Biografía

He is the head of the "Second Development Section" where Shiori and Shinozaki are working and their boss. When he observes his subordinates, he notices the "good vibe" between Shiori and Shinozaki, and gently supports them from behind to help them get along. He is a bit delusional, and sometimes nearly dies a noble death based on the stories he has drawn up.
