Biografía
Having faced hardship since childhood, Tomo is sadistic and cruel. His mind is contorted and he is severe with others. It is said he was taken in by dancers when he was young, exposing him to the world of Chinese opera. This fact would explain why he wears a Chinese Opera costume. Tomo is one of Nakago's most trusted allies because he freely discusses his plans with him.
