Biografía
Maximillian Carter is an assassin who is hunting Haiji Kino. Due his actions, he is seen as the main antagonist of the Vs. Miracle Man Arc.
Maximilian had suicidal thoughts due to his nigh-immortal body. After his defeat against Haiji, he turned over a new leaf and comes to realize that despite his immortality, the pain will always be there but it shouldn't define him.
