Biografía
Kasin is Ran's childhood friend and Hiasen's adoptive father. After graduating from school, Kasin became a member of the Honorable Trump, holding a very high position, but he resigned after getting custody of Hiasen.
[Spoiler] As a High-Risk Group Mana Possessor, he grew up isolated from society, together with Ran, Senika and Nori. As a child he was often involved in fights with Ran, but eventually they got along. [/Spoiler]
