Biografía
Todd Fang is a soldier for the imperial army.
[Spoiler] He later becomes an enemy of Subaru, causing multiple of his deaths,naming him "the child of war" and being overly cautios in his presence [/Spoiler]
[Spoiler] It is later revealed that the reason why he is overly cautios is because he is a part of the werewolf tribe, one of the to most despised races in the vollachian empire. [/Spoiler]
