Frost is a fighter selected on Champa's team for the 5v5 match against Beerus. He is the Universe 6 counterpart of Freeza. He plays the image of a savior to those affected greatly in war-torn regions when in reality he is the one who starts these fights so that he can make money off the land he "saves" and look good to the public.

[Spoiler] He fights Goku and Piccolo in the second and third match respectively, but is able to win via cheating: a drug-inducing needle he has hidden in the slits of his arm. He is then emphatically beaten by Vegeta in one blow. [/Spoiler]

[Spoiler] Frost later gets erased from existence by Zeno during the Tournament of Power. [/Spoiler]
