Background:
Due to not having the combat ability to yet form a contract with shinobi, Gamatama is entrusted as a name-registration clerk on Mount Myouboku.
[Spoiler] Gamatama was seen watching over the list of inhabitants of Mount Myouboku. When he noticed that Kousuke was no longer on the list of inhabitants, he surmised that he was deceased and proceeds to inform Fukasaku about his demise. [/Spoiler]
